Thanks to aluminum's superior heat conductivity, baked goods rise and bake evenly, while the reinforced encapsulated steel rim prevents warping.

The exterior dimensions of the pan are 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches, with interior dimensions of 17.1 x 12.1 inches. The grid measures 16.9 x 11.5 x 0.9 inches.

Cleaning up is a breeze, as the set is hand wash only. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, simply hand wash with warm, soapy water.
